Beware of first time posters making endorsements of any real estate course or system !

It seems as though they hold themselves to a higher standard by going through the certifications to get his endorsement.

Any endorsement to a policy supersedes the original contract language.

I don't receive anything for endorsing them.It's not completely accurate that you should setup your corporate structure in the state you are operating in.

This same company will allow you to add an endorsement to take that # to 11%.The important thing is to ask each particular company to just be aware of the %.

I'm not going to get into a sales pitch where I end up endorsing some traveling guru, but all you need is a flexible seller and a contract and you can buy a property on any terms that you negotiate.

For example, in CA I'm told that mortgage brokers can sell fractionalized loans, and the Banker's Code uses that technique, but no lawyer I've spoken to in my location will endorse that.
