It seems as though they hold themselves to a higher standard by going through the certifications to get his endorsement.

Any endorsement to a policy supersedes the original contract language.

I don't receive anything for endorsing them.It's not completely accurate that you should setup your corporate structure in the state you are operating in.

This same company will allow you to add an endorsement to take that # to 11%.The important thing is to ask each particular company to just be aware of the %.

For example, in CA I'm told that mortgage brokers can sell fractionalized loans, and the Banker's Code uses that technique, but no lawyer I've spoken to in my location will endorse that.

The unknowing investor will be at a disadvantage and could miss out on deals becuase they couldn't make a timely decision.I'm not endorsing a specific text book, but any written as a business text will put you years ahead of those who do nothing but chase guru books, I guarantee it!
