This answered my question.I wasn't sure if there were  fees associated on the buyers side...I'm in the very beginning stages and just educating myself along with doing the search myself just to see what's out there.

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

What can be done is switching to more risk averse investments (property quality, location and financial structure) during the later stages of a cycle.

There's incredible demand here and growth, yet most of Florida and this area included, has really only just begun on a national stage.

However, I can actually buy houses and get it done fast, which is what I need at this stage of the game. 

I am looking to stage a cash-out refinance to occur the same day I close on a property.

By keeping borrowers informed at every stage, this method helps avoid misconceptions.  

It's just a really bad stage to verify. 

I am at the beginning stages to take my idea of a 506(b) or 506(c) fund and make it a reality.
