Class D would be my description, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so let's say C is probably more realistic.And, as someone that has owned rentals for 13 years, the projected numbers put out there are very optimistic.And lastly, the values the values they are asking for, given most of them are partial rehabs at best, again, someone is making good money on them, but if I were the buyer, I don't think it would be me.At the end of the day and in my limited experience, turnkey is a lot like wholesalers.
