Usually these guys could speak a foreign language, like Russian in a Russian area.My early knowledge of nearby building "supers" as a teen, is many of them also have daytime jobs, and/or does contracting jobs on the side.

It doesn't have to be a nice street, but it can't be a war zone or sketchy during the day time lol.I typically rent my units for a little below market rent.

But I have never, ever heard of this:  I'm renting apartment for $1200 for the last three years, I go to the leasing office to renew and they tell me it is my lucky day, times are hard and they are going to cut my rent in half to $600 a month.  

., I could also have some flexibility to meet with clients during daytime or mornings if needed.

I work at night, so I don't know if I can make a 7:30 (assuming PM) but I will be looking for gatherings on weekends/ daytime events!

Up until recently I was working all day and didn't have a lot of time on my hands but now my day time is flexible.

The house is on the east side of the hill above Wallace Road and does not get a huge amount of daytime sun, especially with all of the tree growth around the house.
