The Hungry Hustler is ready to attack
Good Morning BP Family
My name is Ricky Anderson and I've been a member for 6 months now. Up until recently I was working all day and didn't have a lot of time on my hands but now my day time is flexible. However I've been reading a lot of forums and listening to a lot of the podcast that of my interest. I've recently been told by my landlord that I have 60 days to move and I'm over renting, I'm looking for a house hack situation or a live in flip however if none of those are possible for my time frame and I have to rent than I have to do what I have to do but while I'm renting I would like to become a wholesaler until I can raise enough capital to start investing buy and hold and mutifamily is the goal. My days and weekends are very flexible so if there's anyone out there that's extremely busy and doesn't have the luxury of driving for dollars because of their busy and already hectic schedule I'm willing to go look for them here in Los Angeles, I'm ready to work and learn. Thanks for listening.

Ricky Anderson - Hey Hustler! Consider a reverse house hack where you're renting a bedroom on the super cheap so when you've crushed a couple wholesale deals you can buy your first property and move without many restrictions like apartments place on you. I lived for $400/mo w/ utilities, furnished in a classy, owner occupied Sacramento CA 2br 1ba when I got my first engineering job out of college. With my savings, I bought my first house. An equivalent apartment would have been like $1000-1200 utilities included and I would have spent at least 2-3k on furniture I didn't need 12 months later when I moved back to D.C. for my next job.
