Sounds like you guys have the potential to be an amazing property management team!

I believe sometimes a bad experience is more reflective of the individual than the company. 

All help is appreciated and I feel really bad because my other tenants go to work and have children that go to school and they are not able to sleep properly because of the loud music. 

Clearly I can’t sue someone that’s actually ill, I was questioning, but feel bad about that now.

Someone who is getting the DOS called is doing things wrong.The guy on YouTube doesn't understand what he is doing.

And end of year actuals never pencil out like the spreadsheet...I'm not saying that it's a bad idea; I would just urge you to proceed with extreme caution.
