I've put them on when the door required them and I didn't want tenants to get fingerprints all over white cabinets.You can find tasteful (and simple) contractor packs at Home Depot and Lowes, as well as Wal-Mart... and probably other stores that I don't have access to here in Alaska.  

Big difference.I was working full-time on the overnight shift at Wal-Mart and living on my own when i decided to go back to school and get my bachelor's degree.

They can go to the local walmart and pay their rent and it shows up immediately in the bank.  

Walmart pay cards also work.Tenants receiving government benefits on the Direct Express card, do not have access to an account number so they can't autopay via ACH debit on our system--  they can pay using their Direct Express card as a credit card but the fees are much higher.

Do I just stand at a Walmart and start giving my business cards out ?

It will have a strong solvent smell when you apply it, but that will mostly go away when you wipe it up.It comes in a spray can, every car parts store has it, and Wal-Mart usually does too. 

Walmart right across the street, shops all around.  

If you don't have enough, go to Walmart in the evening and hit the dumpster behind the store.

Are you mad at Walmart for having to pay $1.50 for a product that they paid only $0.75 for?

The area is in the beginning stages of gentrification with a new Walmart, Sams Club and Target having just opened up nearby.
