Collecting rents from mobile home park tenants

To experienced park owners, What is the most convenient and most effective way to collect rent from mobile home park tenants? The reason I ask is because I'm looking to buy a mobile home park and I currently have residential rental properties that I own and have the tenants setup on direct deposit from their bank to my bank; which are set to auto transfer on the 1st of every month. So I don't have to do much at all to get the rent money every month. But I hear for MHPs it's a different beast. Thanks!

I learned when I bought my park, tenants don't like/trust or whatever the reason, electronic payments. They were all cash before I bought the park, but I was able to get them to give checks, certified or personal to my manager who deposits them in the bank for me.
