Facebook has driven about 2,000 viewers to my website every month - however, I need to keep them coming AND staying.

If a viewer was not attentive to the missed detail of what was being presented during the webinar, one could easily assume the missed portion of information was not overly important.

For the State of California, Parcel Viewer is a good tool to view properties and their ownership that may be worth investing in.

Parcel Viewer for your county.The couple of counties that I primarily work in have an online parcel viewer.By using the address I can view the parcel information, which includes the current owner.From there I have the owner name and address.  

My opinion is that the online content is an excellent sales funnel which motivates the viewer to invest with MI and does so very well.

One more note - if you are seeing this on Auction.com or similar site then they are just marketing a number that will get the most viewers and bidders on their website.

To claim that they are not personally accountable for their decisions and actions is insulting to the intelligence of the viewer.
