Help family member won't let me contact the owner of the house!
Last week I got a lead from one of my bandit signs. It was not the owner but his cousin. He told me about how his cousin inherited the house from his mother who passed away a year ago. The property has been vacant for seven months. They are behind one taxes for two years. The property is in good condition and is in a really good area, where investor are looking to buy! The thing is the guy who called me wants to make money off this deal. He said his cousin is asking 24K for the house. that including a fee for him. I offered 20k cash and he said he will present this offer to the owner. I give him a couple days to make a choice and know he is saying the owner is still thinking about it. This guy looks like he would be getting a smaller fee if the owner would take my offer. So i guess he will not present it to the owner. Im trying to help the owner because he is in need of money. How can I find a way to get in touch of the owner? His cousin is trying to make too much money behind the owners back!

You're faulting him for trying to do the same thing you are?
