2014 Real Estate Transactions
Hey wanted to hear from some different agents on how many deals you did last year and maybe what you accredit it to. Just curious to see who Is out there making things happen and maybe toss around ideas.

I'd like to get in the commercial side of real estate eventually, but I'm trying to progress at a rate I can handle. My 7 transactions this year averaged just over $250,000 per. If I can close 12 at that average, which in my market is not bad, I will feel successful. I'd also like to purchase my first rental and flip one this year. We'll see. Big plans for the upcoming year :)
