@Hector Idarza I am glad you decided to stay away form them, please spread the word too..his youtube videos are informative but his products are a scam..we got scammed by them along with 300 other investors. They partnered with a shady company called Oceanpoint and sold houses in bad neighborhoods all the while promising us that they were solid C class neighborhoods.
