Owners were wealthy Germans who built the property in 1994, the last parent passed away recently, and the kids inherited the property.

Some of it very germane some of it passe' or not really legal anymore in certain venues.Its like many things RE no different you need to put in your apprenticeship .. the idea that you can go from zero to making 20 to 50k a month flipping houses well that's just not reality but.. the idea you can go from zero to 20k a month in residual income selling Herbal life well thanks not reality either for most of us.For me RE was a process..

@Mike D'Arrigo  one thing I know about B ham is there is one of the best brew pubs I have ever been to.. its on site brewery is modled after the best German ones... the beer is awesome.since I do business in Indy and KC and B ham..

I've always been intrigued with the German Village/Merion Village area (south of downtown) - however the price points are high.

But one could get a license and go right to work for one of the commercial brokerages be an assistant to a top producer  learn from high earners.I agree with the material that you learn ( majority of it) is not germane to making money but it is a license to get in the club and network with those that have been making a living at it for years.. you just can't get that networking reading course material from anyone.the issue with any course is only so many people will be able to just read a course and take action ... other wise there would be no real state to buy all your students along with all the 200k BP junkies would already have scooped all the deals.  

But remember you can buy a killer SFR in your town for a very reasonable amount of money.. this scenario is really not germane to most of the mid west.

I did have a german student once that kept opening the window when she was staying with us.

Any german car no matter the manufacturer Audi, Mercedes, BMW, etc.. should only be operated with a warranty.
