Any wholesalers in Columbus OH that are doing work in German Village, Victorian Village, Italian Village, Weinland Park, Grandview, Short North, Downtown, OTE, OSU Campus area? These are very hot areas and I would love any deal you come across. I have been having trouble finding them myself by doing the old fashioned door knocking and cold calling.

Victorian Village in particular if you have anything please let me know.

@Robert Ellis Sadly I royally screwed up this deal.  I had the properties under contract for $182,500, but due to lack of funding/not knowing what I was doing I bailed.  They were re-listed 3 months later and sold within days for $305,000 in the very same condition, i.e. I could've made a cool life-changing $100,000+ had I been able to close.  I'm still losing sleep over it.  There aren't many opportunities left in those areas.
