Highly Motivated Newbie from Watertown, MA

Hello everyone, Introducing myself on the BP forums for the first time. My name is Vatche Najarian, I currently work as a skilled service technician for BMW, I have been in the automotive business for over 10 years now and it's time for a major paradigm shift in my career. I have been studying rei for some time now, spent a lot of money on so called "gurus" and have received very little in return.

My REI strategy I am currently interested in is wholesaling. My current goal is to grow a large network of like minded colleagues and investors from all over the New England area, I am not locked down to any particular area, I am willing to work with anyone anywhere in Mass or surrounding states. I have been plucking as much info as I can handle from this great site and it's amazing to see how many people are willing to help out others especially in this day and age where it's hard to find help.

Feel free to ask me any questions, I don't have a watch so anytime of the day or night I am available.

Greetings, Vatche!

My father's side of the family is all from Watertown. They all lived in a house on Elton Avenue that they eventually sold to the adjacent church and I've heard the church has converted it to a school. My dad, aunts, and others worked mostly at the BF Goodrich factory there and my aunt became vice-president of the Union Market National Bank way before women generally held such positions. She knew just about everyone in town had some great real estate stories.

If you plan on wholesaling anything in the Watertown area, by all means keep me on your list. I think it's very desirable and needless to say, I've always been sentimentally connected to it.
