It's less expensive and more affordable rental property.Let's assume that both buildings are developed by reputable companies and both have a nice interior design (say, I hire an interior designer to dress up the unit).

While there, I suggest that you find the superior court, the file archives, meet the clerks, ask where files are kept and how to access, find the most recent probate files and take a look-see, sit in on a probate court proceeding (dress appropriately...no shorts, etc.) and find the recorder's and tax accessor's offices, if in same complex.

My worker tells me that someone dressed as a telephone repair man knocked on the front door, when the tenant answered the front door, a swam of about 5 police exited an unmarked van parked just down the street, entered and searched the house.

I couldn't justify paying a contractor for work that I will enjoyable do.I really really wanted new cabinets but the old ones dress up very nice with a little customizing.
