Ladies and gents, here is a link to the photos of my latest finished rehab.

I wish I had some good before shots so she the extent of work done. With the exception of the den and cabinets, this was nearly a comple gut.

I bought the propery cash from auction.com for 47k. It's listed right now at 129,500. I've had it listed for about a week and we are having a flood of showings. Hopefully I'll see a good offer in the next couple weeks, fingers crossed!
