So my numbers have only a partial basis (original numbers tweaked to reflect more accurate cost and my witnessed lifespan) and are not based on my actual total cap expenses because I do not have enough numbers.

Get a thicker skin and get rid of your entitlement mentality - accusing the seller of blackmail and being unethical when you defaulted on the contract won't sit well w/ other investors.
