Most new investors should not exceed 1000 yellow letters month one, then send 1000 zip letters month 2 and then 1000 text Post cards month 3.

So I did my first direct mail campaign and it mailed out yesterday,  The area I targeted has a good number of Spanish speaking people so I did the postcard in English and Spanish using google translator.  

He explained to me that they only order in bulk so that the prices stay low and quoted me 5000 postcards for approx 2k.

Michael, say your budget is 500 for now and you purchase a absentee list for around 250 and want to purchase yellow letters and postcard how many yellow letters or postcards should one purchase a month to mail out

I would go crazy if I had to do that all day so more power to you guys.When I got started I used to hand write my postcards and I got amazing response rates!

No envelope or postcard, just handwritten on yellow lined paper folded and put in box.  

The best way to get leads is to target expireds or farm an area with postcards offering a free home seller's guide.
