From personal observation, emotional support animals are treated exceedingly well by their people, and homes with a support animal tend to be MUCH better maintained than those without one. 

Not new to Real Estate, but I have been an absentee observer for the past 10 yrs.

It's my observation that an overwhelming majority of folks that are buying homes that are 700K+ are taking the equity this latest round of appreciation has afforded them to 'buy up'.

Many associations have observed insurance cost hikes of up to seven times the previous rates.

My hours are very flexible with the option to work from home, which will give me time to pursue my real estate goals.My goal with Real Estate is to accumulate enough cash flow from my rental portfolio so I can quit my job somewhere down the road to free up time so I can do something else with my life (ie. starting my own business).One of the reasons I choose real estate is because my parents purchased properties their entire lives and it has allowed them to free up their time and provide a nice semi-passive income currently owning 29 units in 5 buildings.Although I grew up observing my parents I have really just begun to get serious about real estate in the past few months.

Here are my observations;* It's not an insurance company, but it is an insurance program started by an insurance agency based in the Carolina's (you would have to confirm exact location)*They have partnered with the national REIA to become their preferred provider. 

In my opinion and through observation, most people who have children prefer to live in the surrounding counties because of the school systems, while still not great, but easily better than Albany's schools.
