yea @Ryan Steele but we pay them a flat rate per year for unlimited snow and salt - so they did not come out ahead this year.Though I will be excited to maybe see grass again...

A lawyer worth his salt would advise accordingly however they would cutting theirown pay check and they usually don't do that.Thanks,Matt

I have spent the past 3 weeks trying to network/job hunt in Salt Lake City and it is proving to be very difficult.

I'm still a noob so take everything I say with a grain of salt.

My point is (to my knowledge, which is limited so take it with a grain of salt), it will be very difficult for you to buy 500k property with 400 from the bank and 100k loan from your friend or someone else.I’d explore some of the options I mention above

Adding in legal fees feels like salt in the wound.

I work mainly in the  Salt Lake City and Park City areas in Utah.  

So take the negative expectations with a grain of salt.
