Hi everyone!

I live in Orem and I want to buy my first house soon. I'd like to either buy a home with a basement apartment I can rent out or a duplex, triplex, our fourplex if possible. I want to take this first step and finally get moving in investing. I think something simple like this will be a great place to start.

I'm in need of a good realtor that can help me find something in the area that will fit my needs. Any suggestions? I also need a good lender as well. . .

Thanks for your suggestions!

Hi David, if you need Hard Money advice or a loan. Let me know. I'm in Sandy and manage a $10m fund.
