Their latest weirdness is reporting this weekend that the window screens that I, personally, re-screened before they moved in 3 years ago, this weekend have suddenly been missing since they moved in 3 years ago, and they are now, for the first time ever, insistent that they reported them 3 years ago, and they have been extremely patient in not complaining about it since then and waiting for me to provide them over the years but now I need to provide them immediately and when can they expect them to be installed.
