Hi Everyone,

Just heard the latest BP podcast (213) and the guest was talking about RealtyShares and PeerStreet. This concept of REI is completely new to me and it interested me. Has anyone used either of these or something similar? If so, I would love to hear how your experience was. Also, if anyone know of a good read on this subject, I would be very interested in it.

Thanks everyone

    Thanks @Saul L.

Yes, @Tarcizio Goncalves, as Saul  mentioned there are lots of people who have invested in crowdfunding sites.

I did in depth reviews of the top 25, including those two sites, which you can read at the above link.

Before jumping into a particular platform, I'd recommend taking a step back and finding out what you want to invest in ( debt or equity, residential or commercial, apartments, industrial, retail, self storage? )  then find 4-5 platforms that meet your needs and then you can drill into the individual investments there.  If you have any questions, let me know.
