They want to play games, change profiles stating they are not brokering and they turn the deals over to "their team of licensed professionals' etc...just shows their lack of honesty.

One thing I practice is honesty and honestly the wannabe your referring to is me because I have no money to put down and have the want to be an invester.

To be completely honest I got my license  out of my urge to emerge myself into the REI field , soon after getting licensed I realized  that it wasn't as simple as I thought it to be so I went into timeshare sales for a bit, I figured I'd learn how to sell there and get some great people experience there.

In all honesty at this point there isn't much to stream as most of the meeting is just investors talking with one another and you would just be seeing a group of people having a dozen different conversations.

@Greg Scott not really wanting to get political here, but in the interest of intellectual honesty this ban was put in place by Trump first and now continued by Biden on the same grounds so I would not say it is a partisan issue.

I think is just  perception. but in all honesty this post has made me realize that we should push and be a great examples in our communities and disrupt the narrative that been a landlord does not equal oppressions or non cooperative hierarchy .
