Hello everyone! My name is Rafael and I am a real estate agent in the Orlando,FL area. To be completely honest I got my license out of my urge to emerge myself into the REI field , soon after getting licensed I realized that it wasn't as simple as I thought it to be so I went into timeshare sales for a bit, I figured I'd learn how to sell there and get some great people experience there. And so I did, now it has been almost exactly one year of me being licensed and I step out of timeshare sales to go and do residential Real estate. I am currently working on getting my loan officer license so I can also originate loans. I want to network with like minded individuals who are in the REI community and share some knowledge with one another. I may not yet be an expert at any of the given traits but I am willing and able to rapidly grasp concepts and apply them. That sounded like I was writing a resume lol.

Anyhow I am excited for who I'm going to meet on this journey.
