Dealing with an agent as a wholesaler.

Does anyone have any advice on how to work with a real estate agent? I'm finding it difficult to make an offer that profits me and pleases the agent.

An agent's job is to get their client fair market value for their property. A wholesaler's job is to get the property for way under fair market value. Don't be shocked if you end up butting heads.
