A real mentor wouldn't charge you anything, or maybe just you paying for drinks and dinner while you discuss your strategy.Personally, my friend's father owned LOTS of real estate when he and I were growing up, so we got to see the bad side of owning real estate.  

The time I spend at the bank is usually less than 10 minutes while copies are made and I ask after my bankers family and drink coffee.

For those of you who haven't heard, we will be throwing a party at our headquarters in Cherry Creek on Wednesday the 22nd.We will be serving drinks and refreshments, so please feel free to stop by after work!

Invite couple of them out to drinks, dinner, etc. and pick their brain for all the free (except price of drinks, steak, etc.) information they will provide.

A place to worship the sports gods , to leave empty pizza boxes , and drink cold beer .

I myself still drive a compact car, drink water out of the faucet, and deny myself the same updates that I give my renters.

Maybe someone will let me buy them a drink/coffee and pick your brain from time to time.
