Hey everyone!

We are so excited to celebrate our 10th year anniversary since the launch of BiggerPockets, and we hope you are, too! For those of you who haven't heard, we will be throwing a party at our headquarters in Cherry Creek on Wednesday the 22nd.

We will be serving drinks and refreshments, so please feel free to stop by after work! We will also be celebrating the release of our new book written by Brandon Turner, "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down." The first 75 people to arrive will receive a FREE copy, along with a signature from the author!

Date/Time: 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2014

Location: 201 Milwaukee St, 2nd Floor, Denver, CO 80206

RSVP: SPACE IS LIMITED so to RSVP, just leave a comment in this thread to reserve your spot!

We look forward to seeing you there!

NOTE: The event was amazing and we want to thank everyone for coming.  Here's a link to photos from the party:

@Joshua D. Happy Birthday BiggerPockets!  How fortunate for me that we share the same birthday!  A few years your senior, but I've learned so much from you in such a short time.  Thank you!  Wish I could attend the party, but I'll be raising a glass of bubbly to you tonight!

Are there any plans to put that book in Kindle format since it is already on Amazon?  I take my Kindle with me everywhere.

@Mark Forest - You should be able to open any PDF on your kindle (and we have a PDF version).  Here's one way:

That said, we're contemplating a dedicated Kindle version . . . not 100% sure what we're going to do at the moment, though.

Yes a PDF can be loaded into a Kindle, but they often do not read very well since the Kindle screen is smaller than a laptop or tablet.

When I saw the old thread had been locked I was afraid you had reached your limit!  Nice time to release the new book.
