She is affiliated with CFRI which is an investor club that meets at Edgewater High School the first Wednesday of every month.

Folks - I set up a local Houston meetup group on meetup.com - this isn't a club, I'm not charging dues, it's not affiliated with any other group.

In addition, invest into affiliate programs that would benefit your current email list and take advantage of Deed Sales in Delaware County since your in that State.

Oh, and do not forget, like every seminar and webinar, they always, ALWAYS (except for the BP webinars which are absolutely no BS and I thank them for it), end it with a special offer for their program or a special coupon for their programs that they are affiliated with.

These guys have been saying this stuff for years but it isn't happening.They fool you with large trillion $ numbers that people can't comprehend and make it seem like it is unsustainable.

@Jasmine Anderson I use an app called Evernote (no affiliation) that has an extension on your browser you can install.
