Saving blog posts/ articles as favorites?

There are so many great blog posts on the site, but I often find myself losing track of an article that I was previously reading because there was a link to another interesting article or trying to make a mental not to read a specific blog, but losing track of it after a few clicks away. Is there any way that I can favorite or save blog posts so that I can read every article that I come across and not lose track of any over time?
