Hi @Art MaydanI generally tell people to look for a CPA just like any other contractor.

@Art Maydan I agree with samantha, I think you really are going to need to wait until he completely vacates and clean up and bomb the place.

I was also the director of Art on the Ave Festival for 3 years and from 2003-2008 was Associate Editor of the Weekly Volcano Newspaper.

There's also an arts community around there too, but as a whole it's a really rough area and can trend towards war zone on some streets.

You may think that putting up some cool art work or unique furniture that you like will be appealing but what people really want is something simple and minimalistic that has clean lines and very little clutter.

The first thing they moved in was an outhouse (I'm not joking) and an old rusted out wringer washer and set them both right by the road, apparently as lawn art ..... ... have an HOA you can assign the task of clearing out?

From my own experiences, and especially from those of others, I'm learning that this is much more of an art than a science.
