Texas Duplex questions

Hi,

Im looking to buy my first investment property and I see several Duplexs in the Dallas, Fort Worth and San Antonio area within my price range. I see the rental income is pretty good but I wanted to get some feedback from investors familiar with that area. Can you recommend any particular zip codes? how is zip 75215 or 76104? Any recommended realtors or wholesalers in the area would be appreciated.

Thank you

Allen

Engage a local REALTOR in the areas you are interested in. If you are interested in Dallas, Fort Worth & San Antonio - you'll need 1 for San Antonio, 1 for Fort Worth and probably more than 1 in Dallas (geographically a large area).

A competent REALTOR will educate you on the areas to consider and set you up with a constant feed of New Properties as they come on the market.

If you're serious - Contact me off List and I can recommend some Agents in each area.
