Hey Folks!

I actually came across this place through reading the Mr Money Mustache forums. Since then I've been listening to the BP podcasts and wanted to join the community here. 

A bit about me, I'm essentially a day trader in futures, and work graveyard at one of the largest strip properties in Vegas in the tech sector. (I preferred those hours so I can trade until market close during the week) My experience in real estate consists soley of literature I've read and some failed attempts at procuring some properties in 2010 when every investor out there was outbidding me here in Vegas haha. So as of right now as mentioned above I'm trading during the day but eventually want to move that money into some guaranteed monthly income through some rental properties and then maybe move some of that money into some high yield funds paying out some nice dividends. Ultimately I am planning on being retired in 4 years. Some of you have had some incredible stories regarding just that so although I'm not ready to move on this until later this year, I absolutely believe this is the place to be to absorb some of your veteran knowledge before getting to that point. And of course I'll be reading some recommended literature I've heard about in the podcasts as well. 

Feel free to ask me anything, and aside from that I look forward to interacting with all of you as time goes on and learning what I can from some of the great deals you've all been a part of!
