I haven't looked them up in a while, so I don't know them off-hand.What I can tell you is that while you don't need a degree, if the question is "I want to get one in addition to a real estate license" - there is no harm in majoring in business, marketing, or finance.

I cannot verify what the client is doing currently.It's really annoying when you get these requests directly from a lender without ever getting a heads-up from the client.The best one was request from lender to write a letter that a 36K withdrawal from the self-employed client's business bank account wouldn't materially harm his business!
