AAG experience with payoff.

Had a private mortgage with a client who wanted to do a reverse mortgage through AAG. Took 3 weeks for them to close the loan after they had all the information. Additionally it took 4 days for me to get my money with zero response to 3 phone calls and an email. It also looks like they shorted me on the payoff although without the closing docs (not provided), it is hard to tell where the shortfall occurs.

All in all, a miserable experience and writing this as a heads up to anyone else who has to deal with them.
