What is you longer term vision or journey?

Would having downstairs rented be more appealing for potential buyer or be limiting from a “vision” perspective for said buyer?

My company is Vision Properties and my website is SellNowMcKinney.comSo far I am happy with the LeadPropeller website and I have already started to get some rankings and natural traffic.

That is to say:  if you're leveraging a high earning scenario and can upgrade your team you'll grow MUCH faster than if you leave that role to become an investor savvy agent in the US . . . we are few, but we are here :) I hope this is vision casting and helpful, Chad!

As my wife and I prepare to purchase our first property, we are worried that we don't have the vision to change a floorpan as we attempt a flip or brrrr.  

I guess the only disadvantage with this option is the space issue.I also thought of just renting a bigger space while we increase our capital which may entail a longer time, but honestly I feel I'm already having tunnel vision and not being objective anymore.Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated, I'm sure I'm missing a ton of things with this picture and I'm not even sure if I am asking the right questions...Thanks in advance everyone!

We have a similar vision for the South Side - give it time.The next property we visited is an ongoing project acquired by @Albert W. and Heidi.
