How do you turn a passion into a profitable career?

This is the question that I have been asking myself lately.  I have been in outside sales for better than 15 years now and have been successful.  But it is just a job, and i could continue to do it for.the remainder of my working years. What i really love though is the rehab work that i have done to my current residence.  Being able to see, touch, and enjoy turning my vision into reality is what i spend most of my time thinking about. I have extensive experience in building and renovation. I want to couple this with my passion for rehabbing residential property and make a living. It is my hope that i can tap into your experience in finding and funding those deals that can help me achieve this vision.
