Besides all the snow that we are getting this year (here in Philly we had 5 snow storms and super low temperatures, 25-year low).

We want to learn from property managers and expand use cases look at stats like how many people are using on site pool, report any safety hazards at the pool, people using various amenities like outdoor grills, dog park, walking trails etc.
