Hello I am A new landlord that’s taking over a property with a pre-existing tenant. The tenant has recently purchase multiple bikes and chained it up in the front of the property it makes a place looks hideous. what do you think is the best approach to getting them to remove their personal property.

In the lease there should be wording about keeping the yard up and not having unlicensed vehicles.  Simply talk to them and say there have been complaints and they need to move them to the garage, back of the house or driveway.
