If you are interested you should speak to costar and a local rep will give you a demo before you purchase.

If you needed to open up walls and then patch them it might make sense to use a GC since they would handle the demo, patch up, and clean up while the electrician would just wire up the place. 

Basically I know how to do all the work demo, painting, installing new drywall, tile floors etc.

@Ian ImlachIt may not be much help but i have a demo and trash hauling team and a few other crews but not a steady contractor.

Permits, concrete demo, backhoe, supply line, brass valves, union plumbers (?).

Encouraging to hear that the target demo is young professionals.

To add a perspective, I know it doesn't seem obvious in the US but the demographics are strongly in favor of growth for India (very young skew in population and huge demo growth - even china is aging and slowing in demo-terms compared with India.)

The current project is a large lot, demo the existing SFH, subdivide the lot, and build a luxury duplex.

So unless you're planning a lot of direct marketing to get people to the website (in which case, why not just go back to postcards), you need content to drive traffic.I'd suggest checking out the websites of other successful wholesalers in your area, along with the demo sites from companies that offer turnkey lead generation sites (Lead Propeller, OnCarrot, etc...).

Takes awhile to get permits to knock down a house, do the demo, and then the build...
