Good Morning BiggerPockets family!!!

My name is Wilzon and I'm a starting investor in the Houston, TX marketplace. I would like help/advice on my landing page. My main focus right now is to wholesale in order to build capital. I am trying out Facebook marketing by running ads in certain areas in Houston. The landing page website is buymyhoustonproperty.com.

I am also sending out postcards to a list I got from Listsource last year that I marketed to but then gave up on it. After I read the postcard bible blog by Chris Felter I started sending them postcards again. My biggest problems right now as with many new wholesalers is finding a property.
