There is an old joke about how you can determine if a tenant is lying....I don't need a novel from applicants (in fact, accepting written descriptions of their situation, family makeup and issues, etc. is now frowned upon, if not outright rejected, from Buyers in a property purchase situation, as a potential Fair Housing problem), I just need basic facts, and one or more full page legitimate supporting documents that can be verified.

just DO NOT place anything inside Mailbox....remember this a high rejection rate, most people say no.....but like we said on crew, some will, some won't, who cares, so what, there is the next door......no matter what the sales gods love it the more doors you hit and the more people you tell......close more talk to more.....

Why, I don't know, since I've been nothing but professional and polite to her in every interaction.So in your opinion, if I've already sent her a lease and she has rejected it, making even more demands, can I still just send her a non-renewal letter now? 

If your offer is rejected, at least you've saved the time and gas money driving for a person visit to kick the tires.

Also, if it get's rejected for whatever reason don't worry you shouldn't loose any money.

Many service animals are fraudulent claims and you can reject them, but only if you know what you're doing.

Just heard back from the agent that the offer was rejected, and no counter offer was given because it was too low.
