As someone not as familiar with the area as a local might be, just do your research and due diligence - something that looks like a killer deal in a great area might actually be drugtown. 

Now here is the real killer part of the whole deal....drum roll...imagine if it could also extrapolate trending data and accurately predict ....ssshh lets not even go there.butMy manual testing has given proof already of the trending capabilities but I can't yet figure out how to get it past about 30 or 60 days.Need a better coder, more processor, I dunno something is missing.

We DVR and watch Flip or Flop and enjoy it (odd how their projects always seem to turn into money makers....)I've bought @J Scott book on flipping houses, but in our small market the really killer opportunities are few and far between.
