Hi all BP!

I live in Neenah, WI, and I bought my first (currently only) rental in Oshkosh last year. It wasn't a killer deal by any means. It's a SFH that's cash flowing only ~$50/mo, but I purchased it because I had the money, and I thought my best move was to jump in and learn. However I'm looking to move into the multifamily space because, based strictly on the numbers I have been running, I have come to the conclusion that multifamily is better for my goals with buy and hold. I am interested in learning about all aspects of REI, and I am hoping to find someone to work with, or for, who has the the same interests as I do and is willing to share some knowledge. I am business owner and currently attending graduate school for my MBA/Macc. I have a very flexible schedule, and I'm more than willing to put in the work. If anyone knows of any way we can provide value to eachother please let me know!

Hey Craig!  Great to see you jump in to it.  I am out of the Appleton/Darboy area, but I drive through the Neenah, Oshkosh and Fond du lac areas everyday.  Im a beginner too, so I may not have much to offer you at this point, but getting connected is half the battle!  Cheers
