I turn 30 years old this year and as I'm starting to reflect on my 20's I am soooo grateful that I made the decision to say "f**k it" and take a huge risk in moving to an expensive city not knowing what the future held.You're still so young and there's this constant battle I feel like people that are young AND responsible like yourself go through.

We all like to believe we can do it all but we all need help and I am so grateful for the team that is around me helping me.

My wife says she's got it now and we are so grateful.

Reasonable prices in bad neighborhoods vs exorbitant prices in B+ and up neighborhoodsI'd like to start driving (biking) for dollars and potentially find a deal, but if anyone could help me narrow down the geography to a more defined area I would be very grateful.
