Mistake of going it alone......

I have been in the investing game for a little and have had to pay a lot of expensive dues in learning the hard way to invest wisely.

I am so so happy to have found Biggerpockets and a platform where I can learn from others who are ahead of me. It has also given me the opportunity to speak into other investors' paths and be helpful to them too.

Still, an area that is so important and so often so hard to stick to, is getting a good team and being loyal to said team. We all like to believe we can do it all but we all need help and I am so grateful for the team that is around me helping me. CPAs, consultants with my deal analysis, investor-friendly agents to help find deals, contractors and handy people to help with getting the property up to standard, cleaners, gardeners, etc to get the units ready for sale or rent, agents to manage the rentals and marketing people to help get the units sold or rented.

Find a good team and when you have good people hold onto them and be sure to treat them well and be loyal to them.

What are your thoughts?
