I am a real estate developer located in the greater Seattle area. I started my construction company at 21 - in two and a half years my networth has grown from 15 thousand to a seven digit number. But most importantly my understanding of this industry grew rapidly thanks to a network I have been able to build... I am grateful for those who I am involved with and believe that my team consists of some of the best minds in Seattles real estate market.

The projects I can't take on for whatever reason (Time - location - finances) I spin off to other builders for a small assignee fee. Also I am interested in finding investors for some commercial projects I have in the works and am ALWAYS looking for permitted sites.

IMPORTANT: Interested in new construction only (vacant land, tear downs, etc). No remodels.

RESUME: I have built 10 homes so far (contemporary-modern and all in Seattle), remodeled 3, and have 24 homes and two apartment complexes that should be built in 2016 (12 homes in Edgewood, rest of the projects are in Seattle).
