Now I have more faith in the world than that (but not by a lot) and I waved it off.Now we had eight of our Fannie loans and are trying to find someone who will partner with us as we grow our portfolio.  

hmm good question, you are kind of stuck at the moment. you are in a contract and your realtor should have added those clauses to help you. i have faith in the other realtors tho so maybe double check your contract to make sure he/she didn't add it in there for you????

I suggest either asking a realtor, attorney, lender etc. that you know if they could refer you to one in the area or place calls to a couple in the area possibly targeting a specific realty company you have faith in.

I do not give up easily, I get creative, I have faith in the system, I have read and used a bunch of tips from BP, books, and mentors.
